While being a therapist means I've worked with a little bit of everyone over time, nothing lights me up like working with someone who is well into their journey and looking deepen their work.

My undergraduate degree is from the University of Central Florida, where I majored in Psychology. I have earned dual Masters Degrees from Brenau University in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Gerontology. I freaking love what I do and legitimately get excited knowing how capable people are leveling up with the right help.

Work With Me

 My passions are many, and when we aren’t in session, I spend my days doing an insane amount of yard work (did I mention the farmhouse is on 17 acres?!), collecting plants, crocheting, reading books of all kinds, exploring Atlanta’s crazy restaurant scene, and spending time with my partner and pups.
