Psychotherapy
I blend psychology and energetic practices that honor both what our hearts and minds need to process life, but also assist people in stepping into bodacious embodiment.
I use attachment-based talk therapy, somatic trauma healing, energy work, and plant medicines to help my clients move through struggle to a place of flow. Sometimes we need more than the silver lining from well-meaning friends.
Therapy is different for everyone, and if you've done the hard work of looking to the past already, you might need some help in the here and now to show up empowered and stepping into the best version of yourself.
